The Berkeley Dharma & Recovery Group meets weekly each Tuesday night at the Northbrae Community Church in Room #1 from 7:30 - 9 pm. We meditate for the first 30 minutes, then have a short talk and discussion on topics related to the intersection of Buddhist practice and recovery from addictions of any kind.
